We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

I think this furniture is as good as anything I would buy at a furniture store in the same price range. I think you save money assembling it yourself.
I bought the headboard, nightstand and dresser for my master bedroom. Overall, I was very pleased with the products. From the photo, I thought the pieces would be more brown & lighter than they actually are. I was really nervous buying furniture online not having seen it in person, I was very surprised how sturdy and solid the pieces are once they are together.
From advice I read in other people's reviews, I asked a friend to help assemble. It's definitely easier with 2 people. We laid out all the pieces and identified everything before we started putting anything together. The first piece took longer than the rest. Once you get the hang of it, it's straight forward. It did take a while, but the results were worth it.
I decided not to buy the tall dresser until I saw what the other pieces look like. Now, I plan to buy the other piece as well.
Service and delivery comments:
They came much faster than I was expecting.
Having to carry the boxes in my house from the front porch was difficult. The boxes were a little beat up looking, but the items inside were fine.
There is one ding on the dresser, but it isn't very noticeable. There was also a tiny scratch on the nightstand. I used the marker that was included to cover the marks. You wouldn't know where they are anymore.

The furniture was for my grandson's room, looks very nice, and is sturdy for the price. It was not easy to assemble though. Overall, it was a good experience.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was on time as promised. The carrier just left it outside so we could not inspect it before delivery, although the CSN website advises to inspect it immediately, we did not look at it for a couple of weeks. When we did open it, we discovered a crack in the dresser top. We assembled it and will put a piece of fiberglass on the top to make do. I would purchase from this company again and recommend to my friends (but inspect immediately upon delivery).

This entire set was a lot to assemble. But I have had sets that were quick and easy to assemble and they were wobbly or broke very easily if you tried to move. This set, although a pain to assemble, was well worth my time because it is very sturdy and does not look or feel cheap, even when I moved it from one room to another. My only grip is it did come with some scratches and dents, fixable in some places, and also the drawers have plastic rails, I can see over time this becoming an issue but for now works great and I love it!!
